Drexel L. Smith

Drexel L. Smith has a unique combination of skills and experience from a long history of public service and more than four decades of evaluating systems for the defense, aerospace, energy, transportation, and commercial product industries. His broad range of career responsibilities range from technical, to contract administration, to executive management; from test engineer to corporate management and has overseen huge corporations with hundreds of millions in annual revenues and thousands of workers employed. He brings extensive experience in business development; marketing and communications; environment, health & safety; real property; and government relations.

Brittany Kern

Previously from Florida, but now residing in Colorado, Brittany works in a highly regulated agricultural environment and has run several operations for her family’s business. As an avid entrepreneur for the past fifteen years, Brittany has used her business and medical administration degree in coveted technical and management roles that have included a Cultivation/Manufacturing Facility, Clinical Laboratory Associates Manager, ARVIDA Corporation, a Major Commercial Developer.

As one of the co-founders of Armorgen Corp., she is heavily involved in formulating and developing the certification process and programs for the business.

Anthony (Tony) Lawand

A serial entrepreneur, Tony’s career spans over three decades working in several industries but always holding a passion for the “unconventional” business venture. Tony has worked and traveled all over the world including Russia, Middle/Far East, Africa, Europe, and USA. He speaks or knowledgeable in multiple languages including Russian, Arabic, French & Spanish, which has led the way into many involvements to multiple successful ventures in travel, real estate, energy, consumer products, distribution, retail industries and more. In 2015, Tony settled in Toronto where his focus shifted to the emerging industries there and in the USA. Being the pioneer of one of the first and largest CBD companies and being dubbed as “the Godfather of CBD in Canada”, having created and manufactured over 20 products including “white labelling for most of the other smaller companies and creating one of the first Pet CBD lines that was available throughout the country. The company was eventually sold to a large Public Company. Most recently he became involved in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry in response to Covid-19 crisis where he began leveraging his world-wide network to source certified, authorized medical supplies for many private & healthcare organizations experiencing critical mass shortages everywhere. Mr. Lawand is currently an advisor and board member of several International Corporations.

Mr. Pyng Soon

Pyng Soon is an executive with experience in Pharmaceutical and Finance Industries. He has served as the CEO, CFO and Secretary for leading IPO and fund raising for various organizations. He has actively participated in key discussions with the FDA leading to 505(b)(2) New Drug Application (NDA) to obtain regulatory approval in the United States and Korea. He served as the CLO for Autotelic Inc, Oncotelic Inc and LipoMedics Inc. since 2015. Mr. Soon also served as the CBO for LipoMedics Inc. Prior to that, he served as in house general counsel of EFT Holdings, Inc., a public company traded from Oct 2008 to December 31, 2014. His duties include but not limited to review audit report, 10Q, 10K, 8K filing, comply with SEC regulations, review and draft business contracts and perform corporate governance work. Mr. Soon has previously held significant positions with large public companies and accounting firms, including Yokohama Tire Corporation, KPMG, and Murchison and Cumming. Mr. Soon is now General Council and CLO of Aqueous International Corporation and advises companies and clients in the Cannabis Industry..

Christopher Kelly

Christopher Kelly is the CEO of AdYoYo Inc., a Las Vegas based technology startup offering a unique online video marketplace, that was recently acquired by Armorgen Corp. Mr. Kelly was previously, founder and CEO of MedElite Capital a medical lien financing company serving legal and medical communities. He has 10+ years in the energy, financial, and legal industries as the CEO of Carbon Sciences, Inc., a publicly traded company focused on development of breakthrough Cloud computing infrastructure technology. He was the previous COO for Esperer Holdings (private equity acquisitions conglomerate), operating with hundreds of employees across the US, where he personally oversaw numerous acquisitions from start to finish while simultaneously managing overall operations and the financial health of multiple entities. Christopher has a Bachelor’s degree with honors from Brigham Young University and a law degree from the University of Denver

Dr. Forest Tennant, MD, PhD (public health)

Dr. Forest Tennant a physician, writer, businessman, consultant, and former mayor of West Covina, California. Tennant has earned recognition as an expert in pain management and substance dependence. Currently, his focus is on researching and developing new treatment protocols for Adhesive Arachnoiditis, an incurable inflammatory condition that is one of the toughest to treat in the pain management field.

As President of the Tennant Foundation, he provides support for educational, cultural, and historical programs in his community. Tennant also formerly worked as professor at the University of California/Los Angeles School of Public Health and a drug/narcotics advisor of the National Football League, Los Angeles Dodgers, and NASCAR. In addition, Dr. Tennant served as a Major and medical officer in the United States Army.

Theodore Ken Mayeshiba, M.A.

Ted Mayeshiba has been coaching and advising since 1991. He is currently a Principal of Aditi Group, a nationwide consulting firm in HIPAA and HITEC compliance based in Santa Monica, CA. Theodore Mayeshiba is a Fellow of IIE. He received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute). He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California. Specialties: Facilities, construction management, maintenance, TI. Ted’s specialties include, operations improvement in government, aerospace (satellites, IR, laser, Shuttle) medical, utilities, consumer-based products, and supply chains.
